Overview
Building on the Innovation Leaders Club’s 2024 theme, this training helps implement or optimize innovation program management practices. It includes a proven approach for defining the program vision, building a roadmap, and calculating business results.
The approach and tools provided also account for the business context the organization operates in, ensuring proper risk and ecosystem management throughout the innovation program.
Implementer Bundle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) update: participants will be trained on the basics of using artificial intelligence responsibly. Then, during hands-on workshops, they will experiment with a library of AI prompts to spark the development of their innovation program’s vision. These prompts help gain efficiency, evaluate more scenarios, and accelerate the development of the innovation program.

Kickoff Web Conference
- Present basic AI concepts

- Get introduced to innovation program management

The Implementer Bundle Includes
Editable Visuals
Typically a PowerPoint presentation illustrating the key principles of each Implementer Bundle, along with examples from members. All professionally designed visuals are editable and can easily be transferred into other working documents.
Editable Tools
These tools are designed to manage innovation processes using common Microsoft Office applications. The ultimate goal of these editable, user-friendly tools is to help professionals strengthen their innovation skills.
Proven Methodology
A structured, step-by-step approach drawn from more than 25 years of high-performing practices shared by Innovation Leaders Club members. Each step comes with specific tools and concrete examples to make implementation within the organization easier.
Written Booklet
The training content is also available in booklet form, making it easier to absorb the concepts through reading. The booklet also includes visual representations to aid comprehension.
Prompt and Agent Library
Based on the practices of some of the most high-performing members. Each step is then paired with specific tools and a curated selection of visual content.
Training Videos
In-depth online videos of roughly 15 to 30 minutes each, helping organizations put all of the subject knowledge into practice.
