Develop an
Innovation Strategy
Overview
An innovation strategy allows innovators to establish clear strategic innovation orientations. These are determined by analyzing past performance, defining the organization’s goals and objectives, and then identifying, selecting, and planning innovation programs. This training is based on the skills and best practices shared by the members of the Innovation Leaders Club and on Audax Innovation’s many engagements on the subject.
This training provides the means to move from a “reactive and tactical” organization to a “proactive and strategically innovation-driven” one.

Implementer Bundle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) update: participants will be trained in the fundamentals of responsible artificial intelligence use. They will then work hands-on, during the practical workshops, with a library of AI prompts designed to accelerate the development of their innovation strategy. These prompts make it possible to gain efficiency, evaluate more scenarios, and define a more thorough innovation strategy.
