Overview
Most organizations put an innovation management system in place at some point, but it’s rarely been updated since. This training raises participants’ awareness of the latest innovation management practices, the improvements needed in their own innovation management system, and how to integrate artificial intelligence to gain efficiency.
Implementer Bundle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) update: participants will be trained on the basics of using artificial intelligence responsibly. Then, during hands-on workshops, they will experiment with a library of AI prompts to accelerate the learning process when developing an innovation. Participants will also learn how to integrate AI tools into preparing their portfolio review in order to develop more fully-formed concepts and gain efficiency.

Typically a PowerPoint presentation illustrating the key principles of each Implementer Bundle, along with examples from members. All professionally designed visuals are editable and can easily be transferred into other working documents.

These tools are designed to manage innovation processes using common Microsoft Office applications. The ultimate goal of these editable, user-friendly tools is to help professionals strengthen their innovation skills.
